Agata Buszczak-Męcina

I have been associated with MPM since 2000, initially serving as a Sales Specialist and later advancing to roles such as Business Development Manager and, since 2005, Sales Director.

In my current capacity, I am responsible for co-creating the company's strategy, overseeing the sales and administration department, finalizing training contracts, and maintaining relationships with contractors and partner firms.

Prior to joining MPM, I conducted classes at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, focusing on information management, organizational psychology, and social psychology. Additionally, I coordinated student internships during this time. My expertise lies in management and social psychology, and I have authored publications on team effectiveness.
