ZBIGNIEW SOBKIEWICZ

Responsible for consulting and training activities at MPM Productivity Management, including conducting audits, diagnosing consulting and training needs, and facilitating closed workshops and open training sessions compliant with the APICS standard. Associated with MPM Productivity Management since 2001, tasked with overseeing open CPIM training, in-company training, closed projects, analyses, and consultations in the fields of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Appointed Consulting Director in 2004.

With over 20 years of experience in consulting, Zbigniew has held managerial positions in both large domestic companies like IFS Poland and foreign entities such as Belvar in Belarus. Specializing in production, logistics, inventory management, and management support systems implementation, he is an expert in ERP systems, including Exact, IFS, and Baan.

As a member of APICS, Zbigniew holds a CPIM certificate and diligently enhances his coaching qualifications in accordance with APICS requirements. He holds the prestigious title of CPIM Master Instructor, making him the first in Poland and the ninth European to achieve this esteemed rank within the American APICS association's hierarchy of Certification Instructors in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). The CPIM Master Instructor credential represents the highest level of expertise for trainers who are APICS members.

Zbigniew is a certified trainer for TFC - The Fresh Connection, an advanced supply chain simulator. This innovative web-based business simulation engages participants in making strategic decisions in enterprise management processes.

He has served as a consultant for over 150 Polish and international companies, including notable organizations such as Asplex, Barlinek - Ukraine, Dell Products (Poland), Glaxo SmithKline, Hulanicki Bednarek - HB Energia, Logstor Polska, Mondi Świecie, Newag, Nowa Szkoła, PKN Orlen, SPX Flow Technology Poland, Valeo, Volvo Polska, and others.
