We got support from MPM with reviewing our supply chain to North America in order to achieve our goal for cost saving within supply chain. MPM guided us through the project with a very structured approach, but was at the same time very flexible and responsive to our requests and ideas. We got a high level of support both during and between our scheduled meetings, both for general questions and more detailed analysis. Our project resulted in a transition plan for our supply chain to the US that can result in significant savings and also an improved flexibility and service level towards our customers. Last but not least, it was a really nice experience to collaborate with our contact persons at MPM. We would gladly consult MPM for future projects.
